Moody Couple Photoshoot in Okoboji, Iowa
As soon as I heard that my friends Ernie and Dylana wanted engagement photos, I excitedly said that I’d absolutely LOVE to shoot with them. We shot these in Okoboji, Iowa (roughly 20 minutes south of Jackson, MN where I live), and the beautiful backdrop of Spirit Lake and the green tones made my moody engagement dreams an easy to achieve reality!
After this shoot we shot in my signature photo style of dark small town streets lit by aging streetlights. A random commenter once called this #StreetLightCore, and I’m not sure if I should be embarrassed or empowered by this.
